stayed at the Hudson Yards Hotel and honestly, the location couldn’t have been better!.. just a few minutes walk from Times Square! There was a CVS and a grocery store on the same street, and even Target was super close, which was super convenient. For the price, the hotel was really great! Everything was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. No matter what time of day or night I went to the front desk, they were always quick and professional. Definitely made my stay in NYC much easier and more enjoyable. I‘d definitely book again for my next Stay in NYC

This hotel doesn’t get praised enough. Friendly staff, nice spacious lobby. The experience is a great value for price. I stayed for a night and it made my settle into New York absolutely wonderful.

This place is really good and budget friendly as well. The rooms are so clean and the front desk is 24 x 7 available. They also do a very good room service and the location is quiet near to Times Square they also have a baggage service where you can drop your bag first before check-in and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place.

I found a good price through Hopper but was nervous after reading these reviews, but I enjoyed my stay! As of June 3-8 2025 when I visited, there was hot water and AC, at least in my room. The front desk staff were a bit varied in terms of outward friendliness (one was exuberant and one was more lackluster), but they all did their jobs effectively. It’s true that the hotel interior design is very dark but I liked the moody vibe and the location can’t be beat. Some small things I’d suggest to the hotel/give a heads up to potential guests: outlet availability was low in the room, WiFi was spotty (it worked at the desk but not in the bathroom, for example), no drawers for storage but ample open shelving in the bathroom, no safe in the room, and the maid service does knock suddenly, and then try to enter, but you can request a do not disturb sign (perhaps all rooms could have one by default?). I would stay here again!

I thought this hotel was lovely. To all the comments upon AC…Our original room had a leaking ac vent, we reported to the front desk and they immediately moved us to a new cooler room with a portable ac. The room was completely clean as-well as the bed being very comfortable. The only concern was the shower. Water would get all over the floor because only 1/2 of the shower was covered in glass which honestly wasn’t the hotels fault just a mistake in design. The workers were amazing, so friendly always welcomed and said goodbye. The maids replaced towels and made the bed each day. The road noise was bit loud but I was able to sleep. This hotel was basic in amenities (free breakfast, pool, etc.) but had beautiful lounge areas. I enjoyed my time here and I recommend this hotel to anybody wanting to experience NYC.

Our family had a good stay and experience here at hudson yards hotel. And I honestly think they deserve a higher rating here on google. We have 2 kids under two, and they have alot of space by the front entrance to unload upon arrival and same thing when we left. We parked at the parking garage one street over, and I have to say the location of the hotel was really good and walking distance to where we needed to go (javits center, hudson yards etc.) We were hesitant at first when booking because of the reviews and went in with no expectations. AC worked fine, good amount of storage space in the bathroom, room for the kids to run around in esp the patio areas and fridge in the room with no issues. Shower was a bit strange but nothing crazy as long as you arent messy. House keeping came when we asked and restocked our toiletries each time. Bed was ontop of metal frame but we had no problems sleeping and same for the kids. Interior layout can be confusing at first but it was stroller and wagon friendly.

Having a fully functional thermostat that allows for precise temperature adjustment is vital for a family stay, and this system worked perfectly to keep my wife and kids comfortable. There were zero safety concerns or red flags during our stay, which is a testament to the management team.
